...that I provide? I currently have 800 dollars saved up. I have a minimum wage job which is 8 dollars here in california. I work about 20 hours a week (but, I just started my job so I'm not sure what my average monthly income is going to be).
My only expense is my cell phone bill which is 46 bucks a month.
In mid october, I will be receiving another financial aid check of 1300 dollars. I control my spending very tightly, so pretty much all of my savings can be said to go towards getting a car.
Is it possible, in any way, for me to get a new car? I'm looking at getting a Honda Fit, Civic, Toyota Yaris, or something very cheap with good MPG. My mom will pay insurance for me.
Can anyone help me out figuring out whether or not I can afford a down payment, and get a car loan that won't kill me, etc?? I don't have anyone I could ask for help on this. Thanks!!
Oh yeah, and if you can (I know this may be asking too much), could anyone tell me about how much I'd be paying per month and for how long??
