Well, I've always been bisexual, but within the last couple of years (months even) I'm definitely swaying more towards the fairer sex :) I've just had a lot of bad experiences with guys who think they're Gods gift to women and things like that. It's just a huge turn off...but mostly it's what you said - just them being plain repulsive lol excellent choice of words.

Anyway, I've asked so many people (both male and female), and 99% of them agree that there are far more good looking women in the world than good looking men :D

lol! I think I agree with you their oh no!
(I seemed to have gotten lesbian feelings when I grew smarter. And my friend is really really smart, and she's a lesbian).
 
I don't think it's possible to "turn" homosexual but I do beleive that some women do chose to attempt to live a lesbian lifestyle because of some negative experiences with men.

I knew a woman once who claimed that she was "turned" lesbian because of a string of bad relationships with men. When I asked her did she find women sexually attractive she replied "yes i'm attracted to wmen". Unfortuately, that wasn't what I had asked her so and I pointed this out to her. She accused me of being homophobic but what she didn't know at the time was that I was gay myself! Today, I speak to her on a regular basis although we have drifted apart and although she still labels herself as being a Lesbian I don't think she's a "fully fledged lesbian". I can't explain it but I find it quiet difficult to believe that she could alter her sexuality so easily.

In saying all that i'm not concluding that it's not possible it's just from research it's been found that while some people show homosexual behaviour after some kind of traumatic event this behaviour is usually mended with counselling and psychotherapy but the vast majority of homosexuals are unchangeable.

Apparently their is a high incidence of lesbianism 'behind closed doors' in countries such as Saudi Arabia. So probably is the answer.
 
You don't turn lesbian.
If you have had bad male experiences, you might want to experiment being with a woman, but that is probably curiosity.
 
I doubt it. Women didn't have rights in the past and i know for sure that most weren't homosexual.
