We are in the midst of getting a home loan and on the day we were suppose to close the bank comes back and says because our business showed a loss last year (of only $17K) that we can not be approved for the loan. We are not even active in the business or use it as a source of income. We really don't have anything to do with it besides being a legal partner. They have had our information for 2 months and we were pre-approved, and conditionally approved based on the sell of our old house. We sold our old house last week...and now are on our way to being homeless! This whole process has been a nightmare. I want to fight back so my husband and I can move into our dream home!
