Is it possible for a 12 year old to wrte and pubblish a DEAR CANADA or DEAR

AMERICA book? becuase, other people are allowed to write and pubblish dear canada and amercia books. They are all writtyen by diffrent authors. i am wondeing if i can BUT HOW? HOW DO I FIND A PUBBLISHER?? AND AN EDITIER??? I AM CONFUSED AND HOPELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
