is it posible to play xbox 360 games without disc?

No. Installing the game just means that key components of the game are installed on the hard drive so that the system does not need the disc to load those components, making the game run faster. You still need the disc if you want to play, but installing them should make the game run better.
 
I niticed that when i saw my games library the option "install game" apears, so i was wondering if its possible to play may games without the discs
