Is it okay to take fish capsules....?

Okay, so here is my question.
Im' on a birth control (tricyclen) and wondered if anyone can *honestly*
help me with this,
I'm looking into the benefits of taking a daily fish capsule...
but also wanted to make sure that it won't mess up my birth control or
affect it in any way.
