My condominium association refuses to operate under Washington law and I have complained so many times, I am not getting anywhere. I need to know under WA state law, who regulates and enforces RCW 64.34 and what I can do other than hiring an attorney. The Attorney General for our state will not deal with COAs or HOAs. They do not provide proper notice for meetings so no one will attend and they can do what they want.
Can I post anti HOA material on my car and park it in the lot here without them doing anything about it? I know i cant post signs or stickers on my condo or anywhere that is visible to another unit but my car is not visible to other units. Can they ask me to remove it from my car if i put up an anti hoa sticker? WA state doesnt say anything in HOA rules about stickers on cars. Is that included in freedom of speech?
It wont be vulgar or insulting. its just a sticker that says hoa with a line through it.
I know what hoa documents say but is there any other crap they can pull to get me to take it down?
