Is it okay to go to dance rehearsal around 3 hours after giving blood? What about 24

hours after? I would be donating around 3 PM and dancing around 6 PM. I can donate the day before but I am really busy then, so I was wondering if I'd be able to donate the same day (and if I should mark my choreography instead). This will be the first time I'm donating.
