Is it okay to exercise with sore muscles?

I took a pilates class for the first time on tuesday
the next day I was really sore..So I did not exercise that day
today I'm STILL sore even with taking a day off..I don't know what to do! I soo wanna take another pilates class..
will it be alright for me to take another class with sore muscles??
 
yes !
being sore just means that your muscles aren't used to that kind of work and that those muscles are breaking out and actualy doing something!
in order to get toned/in shape or whatever your trying to do, keep working out even when your sore!
