Is it okay to eat fish 4-5 times per week?

I love eating seafood because it's usually low in calories, tasty, and is very nutritional.

But sigh....should I really be worried about consuming too much pcbs/mercury? Any advice?

It depends what type of fish. If you eat fish like Rockfish or Tuna, you will get high levels of mercury. If done for a short amount of time, like 2-3 years, it's not great, but any longer is terrible for your body. Salmon is ok.
Shellfish are bottom feeders, so it's unhealthy to eat them.
