Is it okay to boil water and then let it sit overnight, for a betta fish?

I just bought a crowntail male betta and I am going to boil his water and then let it sit overnight to regain it's oxygen in the water before I put it into the water. I REALLY do not want to hurt this fish and I would really love to have him in his bowl by tomorrow morning. But you would think that the water would collect the oxygen overnight. Any opinions, facts, personal experiences, etc. would be nice!

hmm rather than waste energy by using a stove stop buy some water conditioner for like 6 bucks it'll last you a year cause a bowl is so small

why boil the water? we never do,never heard that before
