I know about the time limit for questions and how all that works, but I've never tried to send in a bill before. Thanks for the help people, both the person who already posted and for any future answerers.
depends. i did this twice and mine was never more than like...half a page.
i would say shorten it. it needs to be quick and concise. just get the most important points in it and when its time for questions, be more detailed in your response but make it snappy (we had a time limit for Q&A)
