Is it ok to take my medicine a few hours earlier than usual ?

Lately I've been taking my medicine late at night at like 12-1 am. Because I almost forgot to take it those nights...

So now I want to take my medicine tonight in 30 min or an hour. Its 9:22 here now.

Will this affect me or anything??

I'm on Abilify 15mg, Lamictal 200mg, Cogentin 1mg
