Is it ok to switch from treadmill to stationary bike for cardio in the gym?

I usually get too bored of repetitive running on a treadmill, so i usually do about 10-15 mins on the treadmill and then 10-15 mins on a stationary bike. Is this a good thing to do?
 
I don't see why not. I do a similar thing myself. It is better to vary your cardio as they all work different areas of muscles on the body. It's better to vary anyway.

If you are really serious, then you can ask workers at the gym or get a training programme, your gym will probably be able to give you one for free.
