Is it ok to leave a bike standing in garage - it's VERY hot here - 107 degrees -

The heat won't be a problem. If it's going to sitting a long time, get it off the tires as the rubber may deform / dry rot if you don't use it much.
Otherwise, your bike was made using a lot more heat, so it won't hurt it.

Your bike should be fine parked in the garage. The heat won't hurt the bike. As another user stated, be sure to check your tires before riding again.
the most that it could do would bust the tubes from the expanding air in the tires, i live in Arizona in the middle of the desert and i have 3 different bikes and i will get up to 120 degrees in here, the most that it has ever done was pop the tires. you should be good, just keep a good eye on it.
