Is it ok to have sex while pregnant?

Well Ive been dating my best friend, he did ask me to marry him but i told him lets date first and see how it goes.
Well anyway things have been going really well, and when he drops me home i wanna invite him in for "coffee" but i'm scared.
Hes not the father of my child, the father didn't want anything to do with me or the baby.
My best friend and i have gotten really close and i think its time to take it to the next step.
Is it safe to have sex?
Im 19 years old and he is 21
 
I have to say that I find it a little 'ewww' that you want to have sex with someone who's not the father of your baby. Physically there's nothing to stop you but have you thought of the moral implications?
