C Chris Hill New member Feb 17, 2011 #1 Is it ok to go to the gym for an hour TWICE a day? In the morning, do 30 minutes of cardio and another 30 minutes of jogging. Then repeat in the night. Is that ok? I don't want to lift because I don't want to build any muscle.
