You can eat pretty much what you want when pregnant, as long as you try to keep it mostly on the healthy side. Some foods you might want to stay away from are hotdogs/deli meats (both contain nitrates, and deli meats *can* contain listeria...it's a low risk, but a risk), large fish (shark, tuna, anything that may contain high levels of mercury), and of course, sushi or anything raw is out of the question. If you google "foods to avoid during pregnancy", you'll find plenty of comprehensive lists, some more exclusive than others, but ultimately, just use your good judgement and try to eat lots of fruits and veggies!
