is it ok to eat less than 1000 calories a day?

I only eat 800-1000 calories a day 1-2 bananas and 2 things of Ramon noodles a day, I'm 5'5-5'6 and 160-165 pounds. I got lazy for a while and didn't exercise for months and that's why I'm over weight now but I've been running for 10 mins and walking for 10 mins
SO is this ok? Will I lose weight, and I'm a guy btw
I'm 19 btw if that helps
well I'm full and can't eat more I'm stuffed
