Is it ok to cook with apple cider that is 10 days past the expiration date?

Im cooking a pork shoulder and the recipe calls for apple cider..the expiration date was on Jan 21 and i will be cooking it tomorrow 11 days after expiration date. Its not opened and has been in the fridge...will that be ok?
