and then frozen? We bought some really nice unfrozen sausages from a butchers for a BBQ, they were sealed in a bag, inside another bag and left in the shade, unfortunately they didn't end up on the BBQ. About 6-7 hours after purchase I froze them. The plan is to cook them to death in a casserole. Should they be OK to eat?
Thanks. so which is it though, yes or no? personally I'm inclined to think that without heat or oxygen they wouldn't go off that fast but I'd just like to be sure..
