Is it ok having sex in the same room as a baby?

I had a baby boy 6 weeks ago I'm 22 and I have healed now. The baby sleeps in our room in his crib. My husband and I want to start having sex again, is it ok doing it in the same room as baby if he's sleeping?
 
it should be ok as he doesn't know whats happening yet but when his 4 to 5 months let him sleep in a room oh his own good lok with ur new baby boy whats his name
 
i would say yes, he doesn't know what is going on and he is sleeping like a rock when he is out. i would not do it in front of him when he is a little older maybe move him to his room, or have grandma take him for the night to give you some alone time. good luck
 
I think yes my partner and I have our bubs in our room, and when he is asleep I dont see a problem with having sex, the only problem is he seems always wake up half way through so we have to stop
 
It will be ok. They don't tend to wake up to it and even if they did they wont remember or be affected by it.
 
hmm, personally... no... i'd find it weird... granted that's how you made your little bundle of joy... but your baby doesn't need to hear that regardless of how old he is...
 
Of course you can he won't know what going on for a long time. If you feel ok about it I wouldn't listen to any of these people on here saying its disgusting. What is really wrong is when people let a baby ruin their sex life and marriage by not having sex as much as they should because of their kids. I'm not saying do it in front of him when he is older but right now he doesn't have a clue.
