NO. Goldfish should only be with other goldfish, and a goldfish should be in a 20gallon + if you dont want to torture them to death by slowly posioning them with their own crap(they poo a LOT of ammonia). I dont know what kinda shark you have, but Im guessing its going to get big so Id get rid of it. Do you have a filter? If you do, its not good enough since it fits in a 10 gallon without hurling the fish around in a crazy harsh current. Return the goldfish. Get a 20 gallon, CYCLE YOUR TANK, and start a nice little community tank

The Tri Color Shark is a popular fish because it colorful, active, and peaceful. It can adapt to a wide variety of community tanks. It stays in the middle of the tank, and does not hide. They are best kept in groups. Its main drawback is that it will outgrow smaller tanks. They are called sharks because they resemble them in body form, but and not real sharks.
