I have a 10 gallon aquarium, 1 betta fish, 3 small goldfish, 1 small tri color shark. I am wondering if it is ok to put them all in the same aquarium. It has already been 2 weeks since i've put the fish in and they are doing ok. I set the temperature on the heater to 78F(Farenheit) . they are all ok and the ammonia levels are normal too. By the way can i also add 3 or 4 neon fish in the future?

NO. Goldfish should only be with other goldfish, and a goldfish should be in a 20gallon + if you dont want to torture them to death by slowly posioning them with their own crap(they poo a LOT of ammonia). I dont know what kinda shark you have, but Im guessing its going to get big so Id get rid of it. Do you have a filter? If you do, its not good enough since it fits in a 10 gallon without hurling the fish around in a crazy harsh current. Return the goldfish. Get a 20 gallon, CYCLE YOUR TANK, and start a nice little community tank

And for godssake do your research!

The Tri Color Shark is a popular fish because it colorful, active, and peaceful. It can adapt to a wide variety of community tanks. It stays in the middle of the tank, and does not hide. They are best kept in groups. Its main drawback is that it will outgrow smaller tanks. They are called sharks because they resemble them in body form, but and not real sharks.

Grows to: 10"
Hobbyist Level: A hardy fish suitable for beginners
How Many? They are schooling fish are best in groups. We recommend at least 3.
