Is it now safe to buy a Toyota car, assuming that the dealerships have already fixed the problems to the unsold cars when the recall was made out. If you own a Toyota car under recall, you would send it back to the dealership for repair. But will the dealership repair all the unsold vehicles under recall so that when new buyers purchase them, they would be free of safety defects.
