is it normal to have these mood swings?

I usually wake up feeling fine, and then once i am ready for the day im ok, but as the day progresses i get awfully emotional and rather grumpy (which i hide) and i dont enjoy being around people and find my friends extremely annoying. When i get into bed all i want to do is cry, and make the day disappear but i can never actually let it out. This happens to me everyday. Is this normal?

(im 19, haven't seen my parents in 4 months cause im in a different country for uni from them and have only cried twice in the past 4 months, if that helps ?)
 
what is paramount is to choose your healing route------ carefully-- be really aware that the druggs/meds treatment for this can be damaging to you and go on for years with no improvement and massive damaging detrimental side effects to you from meds .

18 rid yourselves of all aspartame laden foods and drink and many additives get back to a wholesome organic diet diet –study and apply good nutrition including water intake

A total cure however is tied up with karma so you can imagine just how important is the voluntary work.
