Is it normal to have pain after a pap test?

I have PCOS and constant pain in my right ovary, the actual pap test didn't hurt but when he inserted his two fingers in to feel my uterus and ovaries my right ovary was sore but ok. Woke up this morning and my right ovary hurts so bad and im bleeding when i wipe, well not so much bleeding but the discharge is clear with red tint. Any idea on what i should do?
