is it normal to have mood swings after your period?

like the DAY it ends , it just ended today and ive been like every mood, all of a sudden im happy and laughing then im bitching and annoyed by every single thing someone does .
and im not on birth conttrol
i just think its weird cause most people have them before or durning? but i never have mood swings before and durning. just after :\
 
I have the exact same thing! I PMS more after my period than before. I am pretty sure its normal, just as long it doesn't last for more than 7 days, haha.
