Is it normal to bleed after sex?

The past few times after having sex with my boyfriend I have had spotting and cramps.
Our first time was a while back so it couldn't be because of that.
Is it normal to bleed afterward?
 
Sometimes, if it's too rigorous that could be a cause.

Take it slower and build up to the crazier stuff.
