I feel like I'm always hungry now! I've tried doing 5 smalls meals and 3 "large" meals, but I still don't ever feel satisfied anymore. I'm taking in around 1400 calories/day and exercising four or so times a week. I'm eating pretty healthy, for the most part.
Is this just something that I'm going to have to get used to? It hasn't even been a month since I've taken up my healthy lifestyle.
I'm 5'4" and 125lbs... If that matters.
