OK.. i have 'storm' issues.. i have ALMOST been in 5 or 6 tornadoes, they were just near the area, i am completely terrified of every storm that happens. If there is even a small storm at night, and a rumble of thunder or two, i cant sleep, i stay up constanly checking the weather channel, and dopplar radars, and panicing making little tornado saftey boxes, and i actually get myself sick! when friends are here because ive actually been at a friends house and her bro was having a birthday party, i was totally calm, but im an only child at home with 2 dogs and 2 parents, and somhow i am still scared to death! i get my self worked up and actually like sick,i feel nausous, (sorry 4 spelling) and i freak! i want this to stop now!! i need to deal with the fact there is a small storm or to. my parents say if you see us worried u be worried, well obviously they wont show iit cuz if they did id FREAK even more! please help! anyone!! please!!!
