I'm 13. I had my menstruation (it's not my first time) last May 31 up to June 4. Then again I have my menstruation today (June 24) and it's heavy. It's the first time I experienced a very heavy menstruation in my life. And I'm kinda experiencing cramps. Is it normal?
I had my first time period when I was 11. 2 years I guess.
