X xero_846 New member Aug 22, 2010 #1 it only happens when set to 1/1 at any zoom distance or when used off camera on a Phottix Aster. the batteries get really hot after use, too. Correction: i use a Phottix Tetra not an Aster. and that's the only remote flash trigger i have.
