is it normal for my 13 yr old cat to have a lump in his neck after having blood drawn?

I took him to the vet to have blood drawn a couple days ago and today I noticed a lump on his neck. Idk where the blood was drawn from because they did it in another room, I wish I would have thought to ask. Also, if this lump is from him having his blood drawn when will it go away? and why would having his blood drawn cause a lump to form? Does it hurt him? And if it does hurt him is there anything I can do? Btw his blood test came back completely normal. Normal blood glucose, normal white blood cell, normal liver and kidney enzymes, everything normal. I have never noticed this lump before so I think it is probly from the blood draw but I want to be sure.
