Recently I lost my pounds because of babysitting when I was twelve but when I reached thirteen I started to eat a lot. Will I still lose it? Because I really gained about 2 pounds i guess?
its totally normal for a teen to eat alot cuz you start to develop and grow in height. your body needs more nutrients to function ur body effectively. dont go on a diet when your growing cuz it can affect the development of your body and may stunt ur growth. you will lose it once uve stopped growin. just dont overeat and do some excersises. 2 pounds is not much. good luck
