For Hussar:When you unplugg a receiver for renovation, it looses memory of the programming you suscribe to, but is still showing as active for Express Vu system.
For Eclipse:Yes you should set up those 2 receivers...if you don't they will be deactivated "by the system" they will tell you, in fact it's the agent who deactivates them. If after you want them reconected you will have to do the validation of all the receivers again. You can call them at your convenience between 10AM and 10PM (Eastern standard time) a 1-866-395-9994. Just say you got a call from them and you want to know what it was about. Wait time is usually realy short in that departement and agents are quite pleasant. It will take you about 2 minutes per receiver, depending on your ability to go throught the menus (they will advise you at the beggening of the call that it takes 1-5 per receiver)
For Haysack:I worked in that departement and when they deactivate they deactivate all but 2 of the receiers...they keep the older models on, and deactivate the newer models. For example, if you have a 5900, 3100, 2700, 1000, 3200 they will keep your 1000 and 2700 on and deactivate the others. Only the 9200 can not be deactivated...The departement taht makes those verications coudn't care less about Rogers offer. There is notes on client's account tagged by that departement that no credits or save offers should be offered for that matter.
