Are programs like Dreamweaver basically translators to work in HTML so instead of coding the website in HTML, you just design the website in Dreamweaver visually and all the small html coding is done by the program itself. I took one year of web design in high school and have a pretty good idea of what HTML and used Dreamweaver a bit at the end. So is it possible to learn all of HTML and just skip to learning Dreamweaver.
