Is It my fault? What do it take for me to win this case in court?

okay i fought this girl but it happened like this.
she keept on saying i liked girls and i was checking there ass out
that really made me mad and i cursed her out. then she put tape on me i ignored her and kept on eating my lunch but last she spits on and put water ice on my hair that is when i got mad as hell got my water ice threw it at her and started throwing punches. now i have to got to court and win a case or else i will have to pay cash (total of 550 around there)

but do i need to win a case?
what should i do?
and no i didn't tell a teacher when she was bothering me.
