I know what it's like to clean the house, toilet included, so peeing standing up isn't smart if you want to avoid droplets of urine, however small, to fall outside the toilet. Hence the habit of peeing sitting down i suppose ... Now my question: is it healthier for men to pee standing? I added 'outside' cause i'm not fishing for answers like: yes, wife will kill me if i pee standing in the house. To clarify: for example, are our kidneys emptied better that way?

I live alone, so none forcing me to sit down to pee, nor do i prefer it, it's just that if you are responsible for cleaning your own house you might find it cleaner this way, i do.
Indeed pee is sterile (or you're in need of medical care), but peeing elsewhere (indoors) than in the toilet isn't an option i wanna consider.
Yes, a foetus is first female then male, but that doesn't help at all to answer the question (otherwise using this logic you better start doing all female things).
