...employees or just a select few? It seems the more a company tells employees, the more employees get restless, but when they're kept in the dark, or given limited information, the more aquiescent they become.
 
It should be communicated but not in detail. These are our goals, this is where we stand on them. This is what and how we believe we can accomplish them with your help.
