Is it mean to like to joke about castration?

I find castration joke very funny and often joke about castration and the "proper ways" to do it.. A lot guys think that I'm mean and evil.. So it is mean to like to joke about castration..

For example I often say: "have you ever consider castration as an option?" to guys who try to harass me
 
well if they're harrasing you it's not a bad comeback, but the fact that you think it's funny tells me the harassment doesn't bother you much. It seems like more of an excuse. I think you could handle it another way. If you came on to a guy and he said why don't you have you ovaries removed would you find that funny? I'm not judging you. I don't come on to women. I think if a woman is interested she'll let you know. But, whatever floats your boat.
You might want to be careful who you say something like that to though.
