Is it loitering to ride a bike?

Say you were riding a bmx bike in a parking lot and you we're doing tricks and you weren't bothering anyone, would this be considered loitering?
 
Well, the definition from Wiki for loitering is:

Loitering is an intransitive verb meaning to stand idly, to stop numerous times, or to delay and procrastinate.

Now, you were not standing idly but you were not leaving the parking lot and you had no current business with the owners of the parking lot so if they wanted you to move on and you were not then I guess that could be considered loitering.
 
yea I think. Just stay there, and if anyone yells at you leave. simple as that.
 
nope. unless theres a sign no loitering. also theres no loitering near stores. specialy when youre gathered there with many of your friends.
