I'm wondering about Florida b/c I know it varies state to state.
I live in a condo community and we are constantly flooded with local delivery restaurant menus attached to our doors. They usually end up blowing away, littering our parking lot.
Are they any statutes against this? I found for telemarketing solicitation, and door-to-door consumer sale solicitation, but not advertising... thanks
