We have a guy who's been taking "strategic" (i.e. butts and boobs) shots of our roller derby bouts and selling them online. We didn't give him permission of any kind - I realize this is a public event so "privacy" isn't the issue, but isn't legal permission still required if he wants to make a profit off them? And if so, how do we get him to stop selling them?
