Hello, I always wanted to have my own website that covered Notre Dame football but everytime I go to purchase a domain name and read the rules and regulations, it kind of scares me off with all this copyright stuff and legal issues dealing with websites. So is it legal for me to actually create my own fansite as long as I state that the site has no afilliation with the school in any way and this is strictly a site for fans?
