Me and friends were talking about some of the crazy drivers on the streets these days and we got talking about minors and crazy teenagers driving and we got into a massive debate over whether it is actually legal for a under aged person to drive on there own property ( of coarse if it was big enough, like they had 16 acres of land or whatever.)
I was just curious, one of the family friends is learning to drive and said in some countries it's legal but others it isn't, is this true?
and has as anyone seen the video of the 7 year old boy driving that car? Think that child's parents need a parenting class, that's dangerous. anyone agree?
