I live in Seoul, South Korea. I'm 17-years-old, and I graduate June 12, 2010. I turn 18 August 2. My boyfriend is 19-year-old and in the Army. We do NOT have any sexual relations at all. I just wanted to know if it was legal for us to date, or if I have to talk to someone about it. Can you please help?
