letter? I have a gym membership at XSport Fitness which is due to expuire in a couple of days. However, the company is going to automatically renew my membership, despite my telephone calls and emails telling them not to. They only accept membership renewal cancellations via certified letter.
Every other gym just cancels the membership with non-payment, but this particular gym keeps on billing. They automatically charge a credit card which doesn't even exist anymore. Also, will this ruin my credit score? I live in Illinois.
