i mean you'd think 18 but 21??? thats absurd......
and yes i know hes a judge but judges have broken the law before just cuz they can. cops too.
i went to court for truancy and i had to sign a contract saying i would stay in school till im SEVENTEEN or else i would go to juvy if i didnt sign it.
