Is it legal for my boss to share my medical history with others?

I've filed a formal harassment complaint against my boss for many inappropriate comments, threatening my job, and basically stalking. He provided a 15 page rebuttal of lies (most of which I had evidence to discredit). However, when I first started with the company 5 years ago I had to get day surgery and required a couple days rest. He kept probing for more information, I was young and naive and told him what it was for. Now he has turned around and is using this against me, I feel harassed all over again. He is sharing private medical detail with others involved in this case - it really has nothing to do with the harassment. He went as far as saying I was going to lodge a complaint against a doctor (which I never ever did). Is he allowed to do this?
He always accessed my computer while I was on maternity leave and deleted every single email he sent me from 2005 to 2008.... I still have all my other emails from this timeframe.
And there are witnesses that have seen him basically stalking me. He's also made crude comments like "women who golf are men with tits," "all girls who play soccer are lesbians," "it's too bad you couldn't have it all.... you got the brains but your sisters got the looks....." "fate brought us together," "we are so on the same level, I dreamed about you again last night...." etc. Just a pig. He would call, text, and come to my home for non business related reasons when asked to never contact me outside of business hours...
